October 11th is National Coming Out Day 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Today we celebrate our LGBTQIA+ community, honoring the courage of our friends, family, neighbors, and selves to be live openly. LGBTQIA+ individuals in our communities still face hardship, barriers which separate them from both care and connection.

At Face to Face, we recognize that barriers to care put the health of individuals and the health of our Sonoma County community at continued risk. That’s why our programs take cues from our community to reduce these barriers, supporting without judgement and making it easy to connect people to the care they need with a listening ear and a warm heart.

We provide free HIV/HCV/Syphilis testing; tools for safer sex, safer substance use, and overdose prevention; comprehensive support services for people living with HIV; and access to supplies for hormone replacement therapy.

Our Community is Our Mission
