HIV Service Providers Coalition
The HIV Service Providers Coalition aims to provide a high quality, well-coordinated system of HIV prevention and care, and to ensure that people living with HIV/AIDS are able to effectively access services. Members include Drug Abuse Alternatives Center (DAAC), Face to Face, Food for Thought, Kaiser Permanente, Peers for Positive Change, Santa Rosa Community Health Centers, Sonoma County Public Health Department, and West County Health Centers.

Kaiser Permanente supports the Face to Face Speakers’ Bureau Program which provides HIV prevention education to local schools and community organizations.
Macy’s
Macy’s supports the Face to Face Speakers’ Bureau Program which provides HIV prevention education to local schools and community organizations.
Shanti
Shanti partners with Face to Face to bring the L.I.F.E Program® to Sonoma County. The L.I.F.E. Program is the nation’s leading HIV self-management and health-enhancement program. L.I.F.E. provides participants with the knowledge, motivation, skills, and support necessary to establish and maintain health-protective routines. More about LIFE

Santa Rosa Community Health Centers partners with Face to Face to produce the L.I.F.E. program.
Until There’s A Cure
Until There’s A Cure® is a national organization dedicated to eradicating HIV/AIDS by raising awareness and funds to combat this pandemic. Their goal is to fund prevention education, care services, and vaccine development, and to increase public awareness of AIDS, using The Bracelet as the tool.
