About Face to Face

Our Mission

Face to Face connects our Sonoma County community to the practical care & support that honors dignity for all.

Since 1983, Face to Face has evolved from our founding response to the AIDS crisis to become a comprehensive community health resource. While HIV services remain at our core, we recognize that health challenges rarely exist in isolation. Today, we provide integrated support that addresses the interconnected needs of our community members.
