Our approach combines fierce compassion with practical care across four key areas
Care Services
(for community members living with HIV)
- Comprehensive case management
- Benefits and basic needs assistance
- Emergency financial support
- Housing navigation and placement
- Transportation assistance
- Specialized support for diverse communities
Prevention Services
- Free HIV, hepatitis C and syphilis testing with certified counselors
- PrEP/PEP education and access
- Safer sex supplies
- Syringe services and safe use supplies
- Overdose prevention and drug checking, including access to Narcan and fentanyl test strips
- Health education and risk reduction counseling
- Safe injection supplies through 24/7 vending machines and mobile outreach
Mental Health Support

Community Outreach
