At Face to Face, showing up for our community is one part fierce compassion, one part practical care.
This last year, our mobile van served 12 outreach locations weekly throughout Sonoma County, providing tools for overdose prevention, HIV and STI prevention, and survival.
We know that barriers to care put people’s individual health and the health of our community at continued risk. That’s why, in addition to our mobile van, we currently operate 7 syringe disposal kiosks and 3 free vending machines full of overdose prevention supplies.
When we lead with love, no one has to be alone in their quest to be the healthiest version of themselves.
