Since 1983, Face to Face has stood alongside those impacted by HIV, substance use, and systemic inequities. What began as a grassroots response to the AIDS crisis has grown into a trusted community resource that provides compassionate care across Sonoma County.
Each year, we serve thousands of residents through prevention and support services rooted in dignity, accessibility, and community trust.
As a Face to Face board member, you’ll play a meaningful role in guiding our mission forward. Contributing to strategic direction, organizational sustainability, and ensuring we remain responsive and accountable to the communities we serve.
We welcome those who bring:
- Personal lived experience or deep ties to the community
- Professional, governance, or systems-level insight
- A passion for justice, collaboration, and compassionate leadership
No prior board experience is necessary.
