Bilingual (Spanish) Case Manager (Full-time at 32 hours/week)

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Bilingual (Spanish) Case Manager provides information and referral of HIV services and resources, conducts intake interviews, and provides crisis intervention. This position provides case management service in both English and Spanish, and will sometimes be asked to assist other members of the team in Spanish interpretation. The Bilingual Case Manager is an integral part of the Care Services team, with the ability to not only collaboratively share and support other team members, but also able to independently complete the necessary services that are required of this position. This is a 32 hour per week (hourly) position, reporting to the Care Services Director.

HIV Prevention Specialist (Full-time at 32 hours/week)

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The HIV Prevention Specialist is responsible for providing HIV prevention services and education to people living with HIV and people at a high risk of acquiring or transmitting HIV. The Prevention Specialist specializes in ensuring HIV negative persons who wish to access Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) obtain linkage to care, and support clients to use PrEP properly and consistently. The Prevention Specialist will provide education, information and support to ensure the individual in this population can make an informed decision, engage with the healthcare system to maintain and improve medical outcomes and their overall quality of life. He/She is also responsible for assisting in HIV/HCV testing, Syringe Service and Medicated Assisted Therapy Access Program.

Bilingual (Spanish) Office Administrator (Part-time)

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Office Administrator is responsible for responding to individuals seeking information and assistance from the agency and to facilitate their communication with the appropriate personnel. Work also includes general office duties, clerical work for staff, and maintaining supplies and environment of office. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. Bilingual Spanish reading and writing skills highly preferred. This position is 20 hours per week, 8:30-1:30, Tuesday-Friday.
