Sonoma County is facing a public health crisis. Face to Face is on the frontlines.
For over 40 years, Face to Face has been Sonoma County’s trusted source for compassionate, judgment-free care, beginning as a response to the AIDS epidemic and expanding to meet the health needs of today. We offer free, judgment-free services in both English and Spanish to help you or your loved ones stay healthy and connected to the support you need.
Our Mission: Face to Face connects our Sonoma County community to the practical care and support that honors dignity for all.
Our Services:
- HIV and STI Testing & Prevention: With rising rates of HIV and STIs in Sonoma County, our free testing, prevention tools, and education services empower you to protect your health.
- Housing Support Services: Safe housing is foundational for well-being. We help individuals living with HIV and chronic illnesses secure and maintain stable housing.
- Harm Reduction and Overdose Prevention: We offer harm reduction resources, overdose prevention tools, and counseling to keep you safe. Our syringe exchange and naloxone distribution programs are here to reduce risks and save lives.
- Mental Health Support: The mental health crisis affects us all. We offer crisis intervention, counseling, and referrals to connect you with long-term mental health care.
- Connecting You to Community Resources: Whatever your need, we work with trusted community partners to connect you to supportive resources—from housing to healthcare to counseling.
Face to Face is here to support you. Our team is here to meet you where you need us, whether that’s at our Santa Rosa office, through our mobile outreach van, or in community-based locations.
If you, a friend, or family member needs help, contact us in English or Spanish to learn how we can support you.
Together, we’re building a healthier, more connected Sonoma County
