Art for Life Auction Terms and Conditions Addendum
This Art for Life Auction Terms and Conditions Addendum supplements and forms part of
the Face to Face / Sonoma County AIDS Network Terms and Conditions. These Auction Terms
apply specifically to participation in the Art for Life Auction.
1. Auction Overview
The Art for Life Auction is a charitable fundraising event organized by Face to Face.
Proceeds support Face to Face programs and services.
2. Registration and Eligibility
Participants may be required to register in advance. Face to Face reserves the right
to refuse or revoke auction participation at its discretion.
3. Bidding and Purchases
All bids are binding and may not be withdrawn. The highest qualifying bid constitutes
a commitment to purchase the item at the final bid amount.
4. Payment
Winning bidders agree to submit payment promptly following the conclusion of the auction.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe.
5. Sales Are Final
All auction sales are final. Items are sold “as is” with no refunds or exchanges,
except as required by law.
6. Item Fulfillment
Buyers are responsible for shipping or delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
Face to Face is not responsible for delays or damage once items are transferred
to a shipping carrier.
