Photography offers Don a current way of exploring our environment as we degrade much of it. The photos are manipulated and digitally painted shown as either prints or used as a starting point for his paintings. Don earned a BFA at The San Francisco Art Institute in Painting and studied with various photographers, including Ansel Adams.
