Gerald's work, expressionistic in its nature, deals with the "human condition", his life experiences, and impressions gained through extensive travels to other countries and by exposure to those cultures. Wood sculpture and oil painting (on various shaped canvas forms) are the media for many of his works. Three-dimensional pieces combine the effects of paintings and sculpture.
