Born and raised in El Salvador. Studied art at Simmons College, in Boston,MA. and Universidad de las Americas, Puebla, Mexico. I have been painting for many years. I am now working with collage and mixed media, incorporating old and new elements. My work is about stories, what goes on in life. The essence of an idea or concept is rarely concrete, leaving the door open for personal reinterpretation. For me the creative process in more important and fun than the finishing result.
