For many years I have offered a Heart Sculpture to F2F for their auction. They perform miracles every day. From maquettes to finished sculpture, stone carving has a rhythm of its own. The mechanics of carving, the material take the lead and I follow. Each sculpture is the embodiment of dance, creation and transformation. This beautiful stone heart shines and lets the light in. That is the point of many of my sculptures: To use the power of beauty to expand, heal, teach, soothe, comfort and delight. My work is an expression of the dance of form, movement and transformation.
