I paint colorful, impressionistic oils and small watercolors of landscapes, figures, and animals. My work is often narrative and focuses on relationships. I am particularly drawn to animals because I believe that we humans are “just another species”, that we tend to take ourselves too seriously, and that we have much to learn from other species.
