Barriers put people’s individual health and our community’s health at continued risk. At Face to Face, that’s why we visit sites throughout Sonoma County, providing our community with the tools to be the healthiest version of themselves.
Our mobile van offers all of the same walk-in services that we offer in office, from our syringe exchange to HIV, Hep C, and syphilis testing—all available for free.
