Happy Pride from Face to Face

At Face to Face, our community is our mission. We connect Sonoma County to the practical care and support that honors dignity for all. This connection means meeting community where they’re at, such as at events like Pride.

We had a fantastic time raising awareness of our services and providing our community with access to free naloxone, drug testing strips, HIV testing, condoms, water, and other supplies for preventing the risk of harm from substance use, infectious disease, or the summer heat.

When we lead with love, no one has to go it alone.
