Thanks to their incredible generosity, $20,000 will go directly toward connecting our Sonoma County community to the practical care and support that honors their dignity.
With this funding, we will be able to expand our services to continue reducing barriers to care. Whether through harm reduction, housing support, or mental health resources, Face to Face is dedicated to ensuring everyone has access to the tools they need to be as healthy as they can, right now.
