September is National Recovery Month, celebrating the lives of people in or seeking recovery from mental and substance use disorders.
In 2025, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration estimated that 44.6 million people in the United States aged 12 and older met the criteria for substance use disorder. In that same year, they estimate that only about 1 in 6 people in need of substance use treatment services received them.
At Face to Face, we connect our Sonoma County community with the practical care and support that honors dignity for all. This includes connecting people to treatment and recovery programs in the local area, offering a warm hand-off to services that best meet the needs of each individual.
When we lead with love, no one has to go it alone.
