National Women & Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

HIV affects people of all genders, but women—especially Black, Latina, and transgender women—continue to face unique barriers to prevention, care, and treatment. Stigma, healthcare disparities, and lack of access to resources put too many at risk.

At Face to Face, we’re here to break those barriers. We offer Sonoma County free, confidential, and anonymous HIV testing in both English and Spanish—results in just 20 minutes. Knowing your status is power.
