Your contributions directly support Sonoma County’s most vulnerable residents stay connected to the care they need, when they need it most.

Thanks to your donation people living with HIV in Sonoma County can continue to receive comprehensive case management, housing support, financial assistance, transportation, and counseling. Our community has access to harm reduction supplies and testing services, reducing the risk of harm from HIV and substance use. And we can continue to expand our education and outreach efforts, meeting people where they are in their knowledge and experience.
