The spirit of creation, the moment when I let go and my creative self takes over. When I am creating, I find my strongest and best works are often done when I don't think about it. I allow my creative core to come forth and trust in its abilities and allow it to unfold and evolve before me. I have noticed often when photographing, the first photo is the best shot. When I try to adjust it with the next set of photographs, they are never as strong or beautifully composed as the first. As a result, I achieve a sense of healing in being creative while capturing the beauty of nature found all around us. Pure joy, immense pleasure and satisfaction are derived from the creative process.
